JVC error codes assistance

That I cannot answer as to why your face plate won't respond when you try to put the CD in. What model do you have and when did you purchase it?
I am on vacation as of tomorrow afternoon 2/10/04 and will be back 2/16/04. You can e-mail me or if you wish to contact my office call (713) 935-9331 x 100 and speak to Javis regarding your stereo.
