hi, I have a IM3003 model, I had a power surge and it quite working, i put a new transformer in it, but no luck, it lights up but no sound. any ideas appreciated. thanks

    Hi, jack that happed to me too. I have a problem my power companies is going to pay for it back i bought this house 8 months ago so i don't not the price, if you know that price can you let me know. thanks mayelin
