Home | Previous messageHi all, I have a BIG problem with my GR-DVL300. I'm using a new PC (P4 @ 2800Mhz) with Win XP Pro. I have try to connect my JVC on the FireWire but Windows doesn't recognize my cam ! I have tried to make a manual search, but nothing. I have try with a different firewire cable, but it's the same ! I have try to connect the same cam on a different PC (always with the FireWire port) but the PC doesn't recognize the cam too... I made a search for drivers on the net and on the JVC website but I don't found any solution !!! Could you please help me fort this ? Thank you a lot, Pilou!

I also have recently upgraded to windows XP and now have the same problem as yourself that windows does not recognise the camera, was there a solution?? Cheers Adam I had the same problem. Any solution yet? I have the same problem with my fathers camera. He has just changed up to a PC which is strangely the same spec as Pilou's and I cannot get XP to recognise the camera.. Anybody assist with some info or where I can find a driver please? Thanks very much, Neil I also have the same problem with not recognizing my DV L300 and have searched everywhere including the less than helpful JVC site. Can anyone help? Cheers Barry |
