Cris, thanks for the fast response. But how do I adjust the (T)Guide? And how far do I dismantel the unit? I have an identical unit with a dead motor. Would it be easier switching motors or fix the tracking? I've adjusted tracking on VCRs but never on something this small. Can I obtain a drawing of the proceedure somewhere?

Are you the Ken who used to live on Sacramento St? If yes, please reply, I have some important paperwork for you from the State of Oregon. I need your coordinates to forward it to you.
