Sony Jukebox Provides Undocumented Error Code C 32 00
So what is C 32 00?
This 301 disc DVD/CD jukebox just quit working one day.
I turn it on, it goes into standby. I hit Open/Close, and after 10 seconds or so, this error code comes up. The door does NOT open, however the little part that keeps (or ejects?) the disc in the center does raise up.
Unfornately I can't find it anywhere on Sony's website and while some error codes are in the manual, this one isn't.
Anyone got a clue? TIA

Hi guys, i know your posts are from 2005, but maybe you live in hope! Have you ever fixed it? the loader issue. I have just paid for what i believe maybe a 5 year fix lol.. I had my player for about 5 years and then it packed up, won't eject! thinks the cd is still in the loader/player.. I have just picked up: a "Optical Pick Up Khm220Aaa" -the part for the DVP-CX860 ..its seems to be the PICK UP part is the issue. I have opened and checked everything out, and it is this part that seems to have broken. a small washer was missing out of it. Will let you know when arrived-fitted and tested.

Did you find asolution to your problem?
I just experinced the same problem with mine, this afternoon.
Mine seems to be a cut out white belt (about 1mm thick and 4 inch in diameter) having something to do with loading the disks into the slot for playing purposes.
Please respond if you got yours fixed.
