Hi guys, i know your posts are from 2005, but maybe you live in hope! Have you ever fixed it? the loader issue. I have just paid for what i believe maybe a 5 year fix lol.. I had my player for about 5 years and then it packed up, won't eject! thinks the cd is still in the loader/player.. I have just picked up: a "Optical Pick Up Khm220Aaa" -the part for the DVP-CX860 ..its seems to be the PICK UP part is the issue. I have opened and checked everything out, and it is this part that seems to have broken. a small washer was missing out of it. Will let you know when arrived-fitted and tested.
