Re: JVC repair assistance

I would like the phone number or address to a local repair center. My JVC DVM70 Digital Camcorder/Camera needs a cleaning. I live in Chesterfield, VA 23832 and work in Midlothian, VA 23113. Is there a "help line" I can call for locating a local service center?

  The tapes spin outof control and a message appears instructing me to remove and reinstall the battery;it doesn't help;by spin out of controll i mean they go for about 3 seconds and then I have to remove the cassette and untangle the tape to remove it.
