Well, not exactly the same problem... Since I haven't replaced the flyback yet. I ordered a cheaper non-OEM part so I am not sure if it will last (then again the original didn't last, did it?!)It sounds like something in the HV circuits are still partially shorted but don't know what. I finally got a schematic (lousy copy)so I'll be probing deeper if my cheap flyback fails. Sony replaced the original flyback with a new part # but it is $150 as compared to the $23 non-OEM part.
