Hi! I am from Germany and have a PAL JVC DV Camera model GR DVP3E. I have the following problems: 1) always: it takes nearly forever to focus 2) often: the \'zoom\' blocks and I can\'t get it back to 0 3) often: the screen as well don\'t show a picture before a press the record button 4) often: the colors on the screen seem to light The German JVC Service Team (PK Multimedia) gave me your address and asked me to contact you. I would like to get the camera repaired... but I will go on vation to Hawaii on 10/16. Do you think it can be done if I send the camera to you on 9/21? Thanks!!!! Udo
