Hello, I placed a new tape in my GR-DVF31 digital video camera, closed the tape door etc and the tape was not pulled into the camera. The tape will not eject either. An E01 error is present. Removing the battery and reinstalling the battery does not work. Any ideas? The camera acts like it is dead!
