Re: JVC assistance

I have a new JVC GR DX307 camcorder bought a week ago Sep.2004. I am having trouble loading the software for the PC Win xp pro. I get an error message saying "the third party INF does not contain digital signature information"! AND JVC PIX-MCV audio capture has not passed windows logo testing to verify its comatability with WinXP. The latter one I simply click proceed but I think the driver for the camera is not loading for some reason! Is there any patches out there I need to load or should I be looking else where?
