hello stacy, i have a gr-dx25e and have also the problem "unit in saferguard mode .... please eject and reinsert tape". sometimes its possible to get the play started but then theres only a bluescreen !? then, when i try to get back to the begining of the tape the message is shown everytime. there are also some strange sounds while playing or winding the tape. so what can i do.... thanks for help!
