I have a JVC I\'art modle no. AV-32f703, When plugged in the timer led glows red and the console does not respond to pushing the power button, the cables from the front control PWB are connected to the main PWB. the TV did get a little water damaged but i repaired the problem areas. I believe the circuit is sound. any ideas?
