Re: JVC repair assistance

I have JVC tv AV-27BM6 - The screen is totally black with
one horizontal line in the middle that has color. When I bang it on the side of the set the picture sometimes will come on. Sometimes the screen is perfect but not often. The set is 8 yrs - is it time to get rid of it?

  i don't think so. i have the same problem too. maybe you should ask for service.
