I have a JVC portable TV that I was given recently, that won't let me programme it. It's trade mark is; TV Remote Control RM-C407, I think it's a tv from the early 90's. The TV itself has a button called a 'Skew" that you can turn on or of. Then a 'preset'button that you also can turn or off. There are 2 preset butons as well. On the remote control there are 2 buttons that seem to be key to programming; Reset and Mute. I have connected the TV to a video recorder and at one time was able to get a very clear picture. However I lost this and have not been able to see anything but snow. Could you please help to solve this problem. Thanks in advance, Sandra Islander,
