Hi Stacy,

I have a Sony Camcorder TRV-120e which gives error C:31:22
T-Reel fault.

I tried putting in other tapes, cleaning etc.
No result.

What can I do to clean or fix this?

  I have just started geting the same error code (C:31:22). have you managed to determine what it means and how to fix it?
