Re: JVC repair assistance

I have a jvc gr-dvm90 where the video will not function because of a reoccuring E04 error message "UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE REMOVE AND REATTACH BATTERY" removing and reattaching battery doesn't fix the problem even after the battery has been removed for a week and the video tape removed from the camera. Your recomendations?

  I have the same error code on my camera...did you have a luck to reset it...if so could you please let me know how you got it reset or fixd.
