JVC Mini GR-D72U - Just got this camera-I ejected my very first tape and 1) the camera ate the tape 2) now the door is stuck open and will not allow a new tape in (I cannot close the door at all). I have a fully charged battery (as per instructions)in place but nothing happens. Do I need to turn this camera in for repair already? Please help, thanks Paul
