We have a 20" JVC flat screen tv, that has a VHS player. I guess the set is about 2 yrs old +/- but until we brought the tv to our home, the only thing that had been used a dozen times or so was to play a video for staff at a work place. The tv after a few weeks of use will suddenly have a black box that covers about 90% of the screen. So you can see the picture around the edges, and sometimes in the black box computer language is rolling...and it is so frustrating. What does this mean? How is it resolved/fixed?
