C:13:01 is most often a problem with the mechanism that moves the laser in the camera back and forth the reads/writes to the CD. This can be fixed and doesn't take very long. I have repaired several of these cameras (the CD1000) in particular, for $49.95, plus to/from shipping. If you are interested in discussing it further, you are welcome to contact me.

  Please send me the address to which I should send the camera for repair. Do you own a legitimate camera shop? How can I be sure I will ever see my camera again. Please inform me a little.
