I've received an E04 code on my camera. I would like to try a tape manufactured by a different company, or even to clean the heads. The problem is that I can't even get the tape out of the machine, as the ejection mechanism doesn't work. If you could suggest a way to remove the tape, I would be happy to try some other things.
