I have asked assistance from JVC to take care of the problem my music system has.
In response the service centre called (where my music system has gone for correction twice already AND THE PROBLEM HAS PERSISTED and I HAVE BEEN CHARGED HEAVILY EACH TIME , just to discover that the problem has not been looked into in detail at all.
I had also asked for a replacement of the audio cassette recorder flap, which I was told that is EXTREMELY difficult to find.
after I made the initial complaint online . their response was prompt , loaded with many promises .Needless to say that there is nothing happening after that.
Am I supposed to throw a very good music system which also is expensive , just because the manufacturer CAN'T repair their own product?
Please advise so that I can junk the system and write JVC Products off as bad experience?
