I have JVC Digital video camera GR-D72 got it of ebay brand new from USA then 3 mths later this appeared (E01 unit in safguard mode remove and reattach battery) got sent for repair none JVC repair shop which in turn sent it to JVC and they told me insides needs to be change so said yes and got charged £241.93 got it back xmas eve use it for about 1hr 1/2 then it went back in to safe mode. need less to say i was well pissed off ! do you have any answers for me because i'm ringing then to give them an ear full but i could do with some more answers if possible cheers
