Re: JVC service or questions

Stacy, I recently purchased a GR-D90U mini dv. I continually get an E03 error code, unit in safeguard mode, remove and reinsert tape. I have tried removing power for 24 -48 hrs with no luck. If I'm lucky it will work occassionally, but most of the time I get this message. Can you tell me what the error is and what if anything can I do to fix the problem.
