I have a GR-SXM920 that is out of warranty. The camcorder had a tape installed and the tape went above the drum. The camera shut down with an E02 error code. The camera would not eject the tape, nor play or record. I removed the door housing and manually released the hatch to allow the removal of the tape. Then removed both batteries for an hour. Unit still does not reset. What is error code E02 and what trouble shooting should I do next? Thanks!
