Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC AV-27950 that after being disconected from the AC power for a few minutes, will no longer respond to the remote. I tried 3 different remotes with the same results. Is there a setting that turns the remote function on or off?

I tried running the setup program but did not see an option for that.
