Re: JVC service or questions

I have the JVC GR-DVL310 digital video camera. When I playback the video I get a error message on the screen that prompts me to "Use Cleaning Cassette" because "Head Cleaning is Required". I first cleaned the head with Isopropyl alcohol and that didn't fix it. I then purchased a head cleaning cassette and used it two times (the maximum recommended on the package). That doesn't work either. What should I do next? Thanks for your help.

  hy i`ve got the same problem with a JVC digital camcorder.
  i also cleaned the drumm with isopropanol-alokohol. after 2 minutes in play-mode , display shows: use cleaning cassette.
