Gy-Dv 300" and the tape got stuck

Hey,
i´m writing from germany. I have a "Gy-Dv 300" an the tape got stuck. The display tells: "VTR WARNINg (HARD) 3300004202021F00007E". Here in germany it is complicated to get information about the "not eject" for this type of camera.
Do you know how to handle this problem, without sending the Camera to JVC germany it take 4 weeks to get the camera back.
