Re: JVC GR - DVL300

I have the JVC GR DVL 505 and have experienced the same problems with the E04 error - I have been trying to fix it myself for 3 months...I switched from JVC tapes to Sony tapes I bought at Walmart - only had the error on and off since the new tapes - played with a spring loaded switch on the front of the tape today, put it back in and the error is gone....not sure for how long but I will switch back to JVC tapes and keep you posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Hi , and tanx for your reserch of your, i have miniDVL800 , and i had the same problem , and itws realy work i puth on the tiny stiker ("push here") simultanic on the tape doing down , and it's help .
