My camera was giving to as a present for Christams in 2001. We used the camera for two months and had to buy a new battery.After using the new battery this popped up and it won't work and locks the camera up. We kept meaning to send it in with the warranty but failed to do this and ofcourse time ran out on us. This is what pops up. Eo3 Unit in Safeguard Mode remove and reattach Battery. We have done this and it still don't work. The modle number is JVC GRSXM740
Can you please advise me what to do? Thank you.
