I was browsing the web pages when I came across your e-mail. I have a GR-DVX4 Digital Video Camera and I\'m having a similar problem. I get the E04 Error and I can\'t get the cassette out. Did you have any luck with yours? Perhaps you might be able to help me or even direct me to some other pages where I might get some advice. My story is unbelievable, I\'ve had nothing but trouble with my camera right from the beginning. Cheers, Fergus
