Hi Stacy-I have been experiencing some problems when wanting to play a DVD on my system. Problem #1:When I press play, the machine says it is reading, and then it just opens; Problem #2:The machine indicates that the Parental level has been set and a code is needed(0-9) We are able to play some DVD's yet there are some as mentioned above that cannot be played! Any suggestions? I look forward to hearing from you!
