often times if you reset the rf modulator you can fix the problem.

It is usually hidden somewhere under the dash or car seats, a little silver box, just find the hole in the side and press the button in with a paperclip to reset it. Otherwise I'm not really sure, I am still having problems with mine, sometimes if i disconnect the power to the changer for a long period of time i can plug it back in and it will work, but other times it doesnt cooperate, so I'm baffled.
