Re[2]: JVC service or questions

i think the antenna is not plugged and when u dont get any reception at all it says that. Mine does that when the antenna comes unplugged and i have the same reciever

  i have a jvc av32750 and the antenna is pluged in but
  no audio or video except for the menu
  i unpluged the antenna and ran setup ,the menu does not say
  no antenna.
  what model do you have?
