We have a JVC Camcorder Model #GR-DVL505U that is all of the sudden giving us a safeguard error (E-04). We have tried resetting it by removing the battery and cassette tape to no avail. Camera has been used very little and is in mint condition. Seems like this is a very common problem as per the complaints on other websites. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Kelly
