Re[2]: JVC service or questions

I called JVC yet again and they still deny the problem is their fault because they haven't heard any complaints about it. We have about 8 people here who are experiencing this problem - if we each were to call JVC and complain about it, PERHAPS they might be willing to fix it for free.
