Hi, I bought recently JVC-GRD270u digital camcorder. Already, it has started giving problems. The forward and rewind button suddenly stopped working . Battery is very poor.

    If you just recently bought it (dependig on how long ago) either take it back to the dealer for exchange or service or look in your operations manual for the closest JVC Factory center and either send it to them with your proof of purchase & contact info or call JVC direct if you need to find a Factory center or have more questions. These products come with warranties for this reason and you should utilize the warranty given with the camcorder and have it service as soon as possible. That is what warranty is for and you should take full advantage of it while you have it. Don't wait!!!
