Hello. Did you find out what was wrong with your camcorder. Mine is doing the same way and when I opened the door it wont close back now. I have checked around and cant find anyone to work on it. If you find out what is wrong with your could you let me know and maybe I can get mine fix. Thanks and God BLess

Hi, my camera has the condensation operation problem too. If any one was able to help could you let me know how to fix it

I am having the same problem. I used the camera maybe fifteen times. What a waste.
