Home | First message in thread | Previous messageIF the tape basket will not release the tape normally, it will probably need to be seen by a JVC tech or JVC authorized DV tech. IF you purchased extended warranty thru your dealer, contact them first. If you did not, contact JVC via your operational manuals service info page which should be toward the back of the manual.

I have the exact same problem and now the thing won't even go down. Problem with me is there is no jvc dealership close to me and jvc said it would cost 50 dollars plus what is wrong with it to have it sent there and fixed. It is only 6 months old and I am still making payments on it via best buy credit. |
