I have a '97 Lexus LS 400 and the my CDs won't play. It gives me the error code 21. Can you please help?

  I purchased a 1997 Lexus LX-450 in 2001. I also got an error code 21 from the CD changer. You likely have found the error by now, but I learned that the cds must be inserted into the trays with the label side down. After I did this, no error and it works fine.
