Dear Stacy, I have a JVC Home theater system model #THA30 The disc tray does not open for playing cd's or dvd's. The radio works fine and the Aux function works ok also. I unplugged the unit for two hours and the disc tray would open but after turning the unit off or changing from dvd to radio it stops working again. Thanks in advance H.L. Allen
