JVC service or questions

I have purchased a JVC Handcam Model from Belgium in year 2001 from that time I am facing the problem with the same. In past I have written for the same and was given a contact addresses at Delhi but sorry to write the experience with them was very poor. The person was not knowing the job at all and came back.

I am facing a problem of getting an error E04 - remove battery and recharge system is in safe mode. Currently I am having an AC Adaptor of 7.2 Volts with 720 mah. In past I tired to get the battery for the same but sorry I gould not get the same but got 7.2 V 1300 mah but the Adaptor did not charge the same. During my last visit to Malysia I tried to get the battery or the adaptor but could not get the same .

Do I hope to find a solution or junk the same after spending a lot of money.

The other problem we face is to copy the contents of Mini DVD to CD or DVD

I am sincerly trying my last try to get any solution for the same and hope that the company will give me a solution at the earliest.
