If you pull the pads off, you will notice that there are 2 strips of adhesive material. If it is still adhesive (which I doubt) then just replace the pads, if not, as in my case, just glue the new ones on.

  I have done most of that only I coundn't find REAL replacement pads. Where do I find them or similar material. I cut some foam window stripping into lengths and attached them to the earpieces. My wife thinks they look ugly.
