Re: Error Codes Assistance

I have a 1999 toyota Camry with a factory cd player that has been used very little by me but when my daughter started driving and using it we noticed it would not play and displayed a error 1 message.I changed the battery and it started working again for a short period of time and then showed the error message again.I can disconnect the battery again but is this a waste of time.what does a error 1 mean and how do I fix it.Thanks Dave Johnston
