Re: Error Codes Assistance

I have just purchased a jvc grd 290ag camcorder on its first operation error code 03/04 appeared and then proceeded to chew up all of my previously recorded. tapes can you help ? And what can i do in terms of salvaging the footage on my old tapes ?
