Eric I could use this service manual if you have it. What did you find on yours. Mine is in blink mode. I remove horiz output and unplug feed line and it comes on with audio. no pic. Have high voltage out of supply. Must be a bad cap somewhere . Thanks in advance Jerry

Hi, I'm on the same boat here. Purchased it brand new in Dec/2000 with 4 years extended warranty. Now, it's dead. No pic, no sound. Red error signal flashes twice every 3 seconds. I did open the unit and found nothing wrong, except that when I unplug and replug the power cord, then I can hear the contact relay click ON and then OFF right away. It sounds like the relay coil desn't have enought voltage to energize and to hold the set of contacts in close position. The transformer look OK but I don't have a multimeter handy to measure the input and output voltages. Also, the relay is a non-servicable type, and it was being soldered to the power supply board. I think it not that hard to replace the relay, but what if the part is not available then we may end up to buy the whole power supply board assembly. Eric! Please help us with the service manual.

My tv, same model num went out, only sound. If it is the tube, how much does or should that cost? Any help would be appreciated. I am handy around the house, never dealt with electronics, is it hard/dangerous? I assume so. Please let me know an avg cost since I have no clue what it should cost. Thanks for your time!
