  this means that your spindle motor is toast and im afraid your RV31 is soon to be an extinct species... !! it's this model's big flaw. i have an RV31 and got the dreaded H02 message last month. apparently taking the cover off and giving the disc a little push in the clockwise direction gets it going just fine. im not sure how long this quick fix will last, though. best of luck!
