Nancy, the procedure to do so is quite complex. You will need your original Remote Control. Either post or send me your e-mail address and I'll upload the instructions to you. Even if you are successful in adjusting the vertical size, it may be only a temporary fix since I really believe that something in your vertical output circuit has changed value.
