Same thing happened to me yesterday. I called Sony parts and ordered one. Seems easy to take apart and install. Cost with tax and shipping = $42.00. Good Luck

    The same thing happened to me. I called Sony support and they said the part is not replaceable. Who did you call to get the replacement part? Do you know a part number? Thanks.
