part # is 1-756-483-12 delivered cost = $43.19. I just put it in last night. Camera works fine. You have to take the camera completely apart. You need small screwdriver, different screws for metal and plastic inside. watch for those. also the 2 tabs on the right side need to be slid in. Wire strips just pull out, you need a small pick, or tweezers. The electronic boards all fold apart, if you are not handy and done anything like this before, take it in. Good luck. Pat
